Experience and education
Education
- PhD in computer science, 2022, Université Paris-Saclay
- Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, 2018, Université Paris-Saclay
- Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics, 2015, Université Paris-Diderot (Paris-Cité)
I came to Paris-Diderot (now called Paris-Cité) to join the training which was then the only Bachelor’s degree in bioinformatics preparing for research and I completed my education in Paris-Saclay. I could see different issues of bioinformatics via internships, from NGS analysis to systems biology via structural bioinformatics, while becoming aware of the challenges of experiment reproducibility, data accessibility and theoretical computer science difficulty.
